Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1+). Excellent English writing and reading comprehension skills. Computer or laptop running Windows 10 or later, with at least 8 GB of RAM. Stable internet connection and a backup plan for power outages or internet disruptions. Responsibility, proactivity, motivation, and willingness to learn. Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Manage multiple conversations simultaneously through written messages. Maintain engaging conversations and build relationships with subscribers. Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving business goals. Apply communication, customer retention, and digital sales strategies. Maintain confidentiality and comply with the company's professional standards. Variable earnings based on performance and sales results. Sales commissions starting at 3%, subject to the position's terms and conditions.
